紫外可见近红外分光光度计(UV-Vis-NIR)

主要功能及特色 (1) 用于纳米离子、介质薄膜、金属薄膜、以及超材料等薄膜结果的直接透射、可变角透射、部分散射、散射、可变角度绝对镜面反射、漫反射等的测试。 (2)可提取材料光学参数permittivity。
